We had a wonderful month in Paris. The weather was a bit rainy at times but that didn't keep us home aboard Artemis. We so enjoyed the beautiful flowers and gardens.

We had several visits to Musee de las Musique, Louvre and D'Orsay. We went to many lunchtime classical music concerts and had a special evening out at Paris Philharmonie-Grand Salle hearing the Orchestra de Paris.

Our greatest love of Paris is walking the neighborhoods and the many parks. We especially enjoyed our walks along Promenade Plantee, Bois de Vincennes, and Parc Floral de Paris.

We made a point of eating a nice lunch out at least once a week and having frequent picnics.

It was sad saying good-bye to friends at the port and at St. Joseph Church but we hope to return one day maybe on a canal boat. We left Paris May 25 and a faster than planned trip down the River Seine. We had hoped to visit Giverny again but too many Cruise ships in Vernon so we moved on.
